I digress, but here is a couplet from divine Rupa's Utkalika Vallari.

This one displays a sweet lustre of form, That clusters of blue lotus flowers scorn; The other robs of gold its lustre bright, Engarlanded with rays of lambent light. 5

Continuing Vilapa Kusumanjali.
Paraphrased here is an observation in the commentary of Sri Ananta Dasa Babaji, of revered memory. The divine author, in the ardour of his absorption, perceives and tastes the sweetness of divine service, as if by direct personal experience. When the revelation ceases or is withdrawn he laments bitterly, crying, Ah me alas! and recalling the experience with an eager longing, composes the verses of Vilapa Kusumanjali. Well, as for that,
bhojanasya samaye tava yatnaat devi dhupa nivahan vara gandham/ veejanaadyam api tat ksana yogam haa kadaa pranayatah pranayaami//51
While you partake your meal, Oh Goddess fair, Will I attend you with fond loving care, By burning fragrant incense and to ply A fan to drive a soft breeze, standing by; And any other service I can do, At occasion appropriate to you? 51

Oh fair faced damsel! when your brother came On the full moon called by Protector's name, Gift of ten thousand kine Shridama braught, To please the greedy Jatila, and sought To bring you to your own paternal home, Where your dear parents offer such welcome, O'erwhelmed with excess of filial love, Where mixed feelings of joy and sorrow strove; While they upon your head fond kisses press, With warm affection, fondle and caress, Will I behold, who always with you go, Your blended tears of joy and sorrow flow?
tavaivaasmi tavaivaasmi na jivaami tvayaa vinaa/ iti vijnaaya devi tvam naya maam caranaantikam// 96//
Truly I say, I am thine, I am thine, I have no life sans thee, Goddess divine; This having made known I for grace entreat, That thou mayst draw me to thy lotus feet. 96

Continuing VK 58. From verse 18 to 44, the author, dealt with the early morning events, he then jumps forward to the afternoon and evening in verses 45 to 57, now from 58 he retraces the events to the early morning, picking up where he left off.

While Rupa manjari the way doth lead, And all around your companions proceed, With Lalita and Vishakha to guide, Guarding you with tender care on each side; Will I from behind with a loving haste, Support your slim and fragile dainty waist? 59
Well here we get a brief description of the scene, followed by the the petition in two inseparable couplets.

The grand palace of Vraja's Lord doth shine Resounding with 'Hamvaa' of lowing kine; And loud with Vedic chants and hymns of joy, And dancers and singers their skill employ; Thus Nandisvara is highly adored, E'en more than Govardhan, by Vraja's Lord. Arriving there with all your loving friends, Dhanistha, marking you, toward you wends. When will I see you as she takes you in, With joy and haste, the cooking to begin? 60/61
