I understand the spirit of the dream, but...
Your objective in luring R&K to the West does raise certain questions, at least for me.
Are they actually confined to some geographic locale as we are?
Maybe they are already in the West, but we may not be aware of that fact.
When Indian Vaishnavas created their diaspora outside of their native lands, wouldn't that mean there is a strong possibility they lured R&K with them, since some of them could have strong enough bhakti based on the criterion you outline?
Without concrete answers to those, it is difficult to support your hypothesis. Then again, you are the Sanskrit scholar, not I.

Re: Publication of translations.
Currently the audience is extremely small for those, and perhaps it may never expand to come close to competing with the books of the Bible's old and new testaments. Much would have to change for that to ever happen, in my non-prophetic opinion. Is this just a matter of scholars writing for other scholars, for the most part? Some things to ponder, I suppose. The Ramayana and Mahabharata appear to be the main best sellers for the general Hindu community, among regional texts like those of the Alvars.

Thank you for your insights Nitai Dada and Meenaketan Dada! I appreciate it.
I wanted to get back to the idea of hiring someone to find this missing article by Bipin Bihari Goswami. I think I have found a good lead who can find the article and also may potentially be a good person to do some translation work as well. I don't know him well yet, but I've begun some Bengali lessons with him and I like him so far.
I am sending him the info for the Gouranga Sevak article today. When asked how much he would charge to find the article, his reply was, "Whatever you want to give." I honestly don't like that answer and would rather deal with concrete terms. I think that ambiguity leads to people getting bent out of shape --- him if I don't give him what he thinks the job ends up being worth or me if he asks for too much. And lastly, it may be honestly hard to say. Who knows how many places he'll have to look? Or how long it will take to find it??? Oh well, I'll see if he can find it and then what price he names. Hopefully it will be reasonable.
I'm also going to send him a few pages of Prabhupada Kanupriya Goswami's book titled 'Vaijayanti Prabhanda Mala' for his review and translation. I'm going to see how much he will charge to translate the whole book. I believe this book is a book compiled by Sri Gaur Rai Goswami (disciple and nephew of Kanupriya Goswami). It is a compilation of magazine/patrika articles written by Kanupriya Goswami and may also be comprised of the notes that Gaur Rai Goswami took while attending lectures given by Kanupriya Goswami. So once I get this info in, if there's anyone interested in contributing to this work, please let me know.
Jai Nitai! Jai Gaur!

One of Pandit Anantadas Babji's sisyas, Manorama Dasi, was sending me recordings of his Bengali lectures several years ago on a regular basis. I forwarded those over to Nitaidas Ji to see if he would have time to translate those, but I don't know if he archived them off somewhere. I think those would be excellent content for us. If he did not archive them off, then we should be able to track down all the recordings that were made of his lectures over the years by contacting someone with his organization.

Radhe Radhe!
I actually have a source in Radhakund who has a large library of videos of the lectures given by Sri Ananta Das Babaji Maharaja. I'm planning to see if I can get a copy of those files while I'm there, Sri Radha willing! I'll also check for solo audio files as well. 🙏🏻
