I will have one of each, please. Actually, many of them, maybe two thirds of them, I already have. Every time I was in Vrndavana I would stop by and visit Pandit Haridas Sastri Maharaj and buy any new books he had completed. Obviously, I didn.t get them all, but they are all wonderful. We should scan them for the benefit of humankind and future bhaktas. Some ignoble IGMers (aren't they all?) have stolen his edition of the Harinamamrta-vyakarana and have put an introduction by Bhaktisiddhanta and other "sannyasis" in order to create the impression, decidedly false, that they know Sanskrit and grammar and have done some service to the CV tradition. That is now on archive.org. I looked at a few pages and noticed that there were so many mistakes in the text and comms. that it is practically useless. One would never find such errors in Sastri's books. They have also tried to steal the works of Vana-malidas Sastri. He published delightful editions of Jiva's Gopala-campu and Kavikarnapura's Ananda-vrndavana-campu with fine Hindi translations. The IGM editions do not mention Vanamali at all. May their heads get squeezed out their asses! What a bunch of trumps!

IGM are smooth criminal pirates on the open seas - searching for every ship (of knowledge ) to capture. My goal is to see they stay away. Only sharing with few good people.
I'm saddened to see that they fast talked the goswami and taken away original Advaita manuscripts.

Yes and they stole away Sundarananda's manuscripts and library as well. What a bunch of thieves! They pretend to be a "research center," but their real function is to hide the truth. We will never see the results of Sundarananda's post-IGM research which was aimed at undoing the damage Bhaktisiddhanta did to CV. Fortunately, i have some of his works, especially his opus-magnum on the Holy Name.

Now the article you linked to above isn't on the internet anymore. Go figure. But I read it just yesterday. 🙂🧘🙂 I saw 145 people online yesterday, maybe they are reading, and removed said article (co-incidental)... I (in general) try to move like a secret agent around them, but sometimes things get revealed.

Now the article you linked to above isn't on the internet anymore. Go figure. But I read it just yesterday. 🙂🧘🙂 Please go have a look and see if it's there. The link isn't working for me. As for the BRC, I would like to fish out if they're trying to hide away the books of the traditional parivars or books/publications that might in some way diminish their position. I know one of the guys there seems to be a student of a Gaudiya Math guru. Of course that doesn't mean that they'd still try to boost the IGM position and (try to) do away with the traditional perspectives. On a positive note, they did allow me to pay for the scanning of Siddha Baba's book (Sri Gaur Govinda Nam Kirtan Ratna Mala). They also scanned a couple other books too (Sri Vaisnava Vandana O Sri Vaisnava Abhidan & Anagamanjari Samputika, edited by Sundarananda Das). They appear to be friendly about giving out any traditional CV texts. I hope this remains the case. Someone should ask about getting scanned copies of these original Adwaita parivar texts. Maybe we need to try to create a grantha mandir wherein we can start to collect and archive historic CV texts. It wouldn't be hard to do if the archive was digital. The hard part would be the scanning. It would be a similar project to what the Gaudiya Grantha Mandir is doing. I'm developing some reservations about the Gaudiya Grantha Mandir (GGM) now. I've recently seen a new project called the Jiva Grantha Mandir. Maybe this is a newly revised name of GGM, now that Jiva Institute controls it? Also, I know that Nitai's name used to be on the GGM. Now his name isn't there . Geeze. It seems that I can't write a post without getting negative. I'm always so quick to judge others.

I requested a copy of the letter of Vipin Vihari Goswami from Gauranga Sevaka a month or so ago from the BRC. By accident I gave them the wrong volume number and got a reply from them to the effect that there was no letter from Vipin Vihari in that issue. I checked and realized what I had done. So I wrote back to them with the correct number and I got no reply. I wrote them again and still got no reply. I think they must have found the letter, read it, and decided not to copy it for me. I don't know, maybe they even destroyed it. I am going to try one more time and then ask another friend if she can get a copy from the Path Bari where they have several volumes of the journal.

I didn't know you have the exact volume and number of the Gauranga Sevak Journal! That is great news! If you give me that info, when I get back to India (hopefully very soon --- I'm anxious to get out of here), I will hunt it down. Or at least I will try! It does make sense that they would bury something like that. Maybe you would have been better off just asking for / paying for a scan of that whole issue. Maybe your request would have been a bit more secretive? Nothing wrong with being honest, but what IGM person would want to put that out into the public? I think the guy Sundar was pretty good with me. Maybe I'll also write him and ask for a scan of that issue once I get the info from you. If that doesn't work, I'll show up in person and see if I can take photos of it with my phone. Or I'll try Pathbari temple.

In this life. Everyone is eligible to read and benefit. That's right, though I'm skeptical in my case.

In this life. Everyone is eligible to read and benefit. That's right, though I'm skeptical in my case. But Krishna's mercy is extended for those who are most fallen.. not those already in good standing.
