Ok i will make the ras malai for the lord of ras. Swamini and her lover always get little weak after their rendezvous, so I'll make little refreshment. An easy way is to buy the rasgullas readymade. Make syrup with condensed milk and water - snappy. Boil the rasgullas a little with the aromatics and add the sliced nuts. I will make my rasgullas. I dont have Indian shop nearby. I will go to Walmart after dark to buy the milkji. What you describe is ras malai, not rasagulla. Rasagulla is soaked in only sugar syrup, ras malai is the same thing except soaked in condensed milk with sugar. If you really want to get fancy try cham cham. That is where you make an oblong long rasagulla, cut it in half, spread some burfi on it and combine like a sandwich, then cover with condensed milk. Often saffron is used in the condensed milk.

Watch the ras malai video nah budd-ji. You frighten the ladies seduce you? I said if you don't want to make from scratch, just buy rasgullas and soak in condensed milk - same taste. The malais are oval and flat, thats the only difference. Cham Cham is the boss. I don't offer those to Shyamlal cause i'm kinda selfish - watching my weight. But if you tempt me too much I'll make little treat for Shyam.
