Radhe Radhe!
Ive been listening to a few talks by Gadadhar Pran and he makes some good arguments for kanta bhava, i.e., having personal sakhi conjugal relationship with Krishna. He believes that more stress on Manjari bhava / Radha dasya has been more emphasized in recent centuries, especially with the book 'Manjari Svarupa Nirupana' by Sri Kunjabihari Babaji Maharaja. I haven't experienced the depth of his reasoning, but he seems to be developing the argument for kanta bhav with Krishna and then transferring it to Gouranga as Gouranga is non-different from Krishna so why would there not be this kind of madhurya in Navadvip. I did hear him say that Vishnupriya is greater than Radha. And again maybe this is similar to how it it said that Mahaprabhu is greater then Krishna because Gouranga is more merciful. His angle seems to develop from Narahari Sarakar. And also from the biographical texts that came well before Cc by Kaviraj Goswami. I'm not even sure I understand what nagari bhav is yet. Is it that one can develop one's spiritual body as a young female in Navadvip and have a madhurya relationship with Nimai Pandit? And if so, what is the evidence for that?
Any thoughts on this?

It's one of the reasons he and I parted company, as I was not willing to adopt 'another' new sadhana and one which did not appeal to me. Not that I had any particular objection per se, but I was already happy with the concept of Radha Dasya, and the brahman boy in Navadvipa. I thought that was non plus ultra here in this life, and hereafter, who knows?

As Madanmohan Das points out, the manjari bhav sadhana and the Gauranga lila smarana as a brahman kishor is a plateful. A lot of mental and rasik engagement for one life.
