I like these ragas a lot. Last time i was in Vrajmandal, I use to go to Adwaita Vat ( location where Chaitanya Charitamrita was written, there is a large tree marking the spot and a temple) It's along Yamuna river. In Kartik this singer use to come and sing rasik bhav. www.bing.com/videos/search?q=maro+pranam+tarun+krishna+das&&view=detail&mid=FC06B4A5EFFF5A633BD9FC06B4A5EFFF5A633BD9&&FORM=VDRVRVHe is a dhrupad master. (I said thumri before, wrong) Qualified to erouse 'bhav' perhaps. Some sadhus may rush forth to clamp my mouth for preaching wrong doctrine. Fine then, I will concede. (you cant arouse bhav, but you can shadow bhav.) His name is Tarun Krishna das - he sings in traditional temples only. In that temple there was even a pujari dressed like woman in blue. (for those who think tradition is limited.) Give it a listen in shadow bhav, it's all good. According to Brighu baba, one last revelation he imparted is one can't climb the step to Goloka by plain singing. The raga path must also utilize scriptural logic. Need to keep reminding myself. I like this one more : www.youtube.com/watch?v=zwr5ieNcOWc
