Nitya Lila Prabista Sidhdha 108 Santan Das Baba of Palwal , Brajamandal -> Direct Disciple of Srimat 108 Namacharyya Ram Das Babaji ( my Elder Uncle Guru ) Photo taken when he was 110 years age. I took Sakhicharan & Visakha with me for his darshan back in 2007. He was sidhdha & had darshan of Ma Durga in Himalaya and he was one of the first Gaudiya Vaishna Naga Sadhu served in Kumbh Mela. Ma Durga instructed him to go back to Vrindavan and preach Nitai Gour Radhey Shayam Name in Hindi belt of Braja Mondal ( he spoke to me personally in my ears). Then on wards he lived with Braja Basis who served him as divine manifestation. He had 32 feet long hair-lock ( Jata ) . His disciple in Braja told me he was again going through the childhood as new hair & teeth were coming back in his body ). He left his body and his samadhi can be seen right next to Sidhdha Krishna Das Baba of Ranabari. Jay Nitai

This is my uncle Guru Sri Sri Krishnananda Das Baba of Pathbari Asram - Disciple of Namacharyya Ram Das Babaji Mahasaya. He was extremely famous for his Bhagavata Speech ( Path ) in all Vrindavan/Bengal & Puri. People used to stand in queue in months advance to get his time for any Bhagavata Speech ceremony. He was known for his miraculous memory of entire Bhagavata on his lips with commentaries by various acharyyas. He used to sit in Vysasana and opening the Bhagavat in front of him and close his eyes to deliver the speech without even looking at the book opened before him. Whenever he used to visit vrindavan all the great mahatma used to come from remote village to hear Bhagavata from him. By listening his speech many Advaita vadi sankarite scholar became attracted to Bhakti Marga, one of the famous one was Brahmacharini Bela Devi of Adyapith- Dakshineswar- by that time she was a great scholar of advaita vedanta. In her own admission first time on hearing the speech of Baba she cried in seeing her beloved theology loosing the ground and later she become addicted to Bhagavata speech of Baba. Subsequently she became more inclined in preserving the speech of this great saint. She was the key contributor in making the arrangement to record some of Baba's famous speech. As per the saying goes, in Vrindavan Purushottam Goswami arranged bhagavat Saptaha by Baba in Jay Singh Ghera. That was about Rasa Lila. Baba took all 7 days to just explain the context and significance of Rasalila and could not enter to the subject of actual lila. Great saints in vrindavan lamented why he can not stay for 1 year for entire Rasalila speech. He was such a accomplish bhajanandi Mahatma-> he left the body without any disease or illness. He expressed his desire to leave the body to close associates on a particular auspicious day. On that day, he distributed all his belonging to Pathbari Asram's caretaker, His disciples and other member of Asram. Then he sat peacefully and left the body much like his beloved GuruDeva Namacharyya Sri Sri Ramdas Babaji Maharaj. Jay Nitai Attachments:

Thanks for these wonderful images, Subrato. It is great to see them here and soak up their grace-filled glances. Any pictures of siddhas or advanced bhaktas who are still alive and whom some of our younger members might find opportunities to meet if they make it to India?

Brahmananda Baba may be still around but he does not come out to meet people from his remote village and also he is absorbed in Bhajan does not speak to anyone generally.
Dhaynchandra Goswami of Gambhira is very good prospective autehtic guru probably most blessed one as he is from Mahaprabhu's highest lila place i.e Gambhira and he is full of Mahaprabhu's love and Dhyanchadra Gosami & Gopal Guru Goswami's lineage.

My Gurudeva and Virchand prabhu graced the event of my son first rice ceremony and initiation back in 2007 at Pathbari Asram Kolkata. They both inaugurated our nitaisundar.com on the same day. Virchand Prabhu being direct descendant of Nityananda Prabhu and custodian of Khardaha Shyamsundar temple are among the foremost position as diksha Guru. One plus point he is very fluent in english and have great knowledge in Gaudiya Sashtra. Jay Nitai Attachments:

Thanks, Subrato. These are great. Please keep them coming if you can. I know you are busy, but it is great to become familiar with the great saints of the tradition and to know about the rising stars who may take their places in the constellation of CV masters.
For those of us who are householders it is great to see other CV householders who can be models for the way we organize our lives around family, society, and the CV tradition. Sometimes, the Babaji community is overemphasized and that comes with the implication that if you really want to advance in CV you must become a Baba or a Mataji. By the way, can you give us examples of great Matajis who were siddha? I know of one of Vijayakrishna Goswami's disciples. Ma Mani is discussed in Dr. Kapoor's book in the science of bhakti. But, there are others, too. I would like to acquire her life story, Sri Sri Vrndavana-lila. Do you have it?
