Avaduta Das-ji asked me what this verse means. Here's my crack at it (with the help of Ashok-da, my Bengali teacher):
নিতাই নিতাই নিতাই বলে চলো নাচি গাই, ভব সাগর পারে নিতাই বিনে কুল যে নাহি পাই
nitAi nitAi nitAi bole chalo nAchi gAi, bhava shAgar pAre nitAi bine kul je nAhi pAi
"Having said 'Nitai Nitai Nitai!' we dance and sing! Without Nitai we'll not be able to cross the ocean of material existence."

Nitai is my favorite. I find Him to be the most relatable person in the whole CV cast of characters

Without Nitai we'll not be able to cross the ocean of material existence." I would do it this way which is just a little different: As we say Nitai, Nitai, Nitai, let's go dancing and singing. Since without Nitai, we will not cross the ocean of material existence and reach the other shore (kul). Just a few minor tweaks.
