Sorry I don't know the Babaji.
..So there's no restriction on international travel out of U.S.? In Australia, we have a bubble in that only people from a few counties are allowed to travel into Australia; generally international travel for Australians are restricted except to those in the bubble. My state had the 2nd wave of infections so restrictions were only just lifted recently, so we can now travel up to 25 Km out of our homes, except for 4 reasons. It used to be that we can't travel outside of 5km from our homes.
Yes, the times are getting ridiculous.

No. I dont mean to say that I'm in India for Kartik. I wish I was saying that. I'm only asking who this vaishnava is. That's all.
And if people want to discuss travel and covid further, that's great but lets do it in a separate thread please. 🙏🏻
