At present there are two books available through Golden Avatar Press: Jagadish dass's The Prayer Project and Dr. O.B.L. Kapoor's Experiences in Bhakti. Jagadish has acquired the rights to publish all of Dr. Kapoor's books and so they will be re-edited and republished under GAP. The next Kapoor book to come out will be his Goswamis of Vrndavana. The next book to come out under GAP will be Lord Gauranga, or Salvation for All, vol. 1. I am putting the finishing touches on that. As usual it will be re-edited and introduced with some accompanying texts. We never just reproduce a book, but try to make it better one by correcting mistakes, adding relevant materials, and updating the formats.
Let's see, Malati wanted a description of these books. Most of them are already known. They are reprints or re-editions of previously published books. But Jagadish's is new. He proposes in his book The Prayer Project a plan to save the world by asking people to pray at least three times a day for three minutes. His book describes this process and provides a large selection of prayers from all the major religious traditions in the world. He also describes the efficacy of prayer and gives examples of people who were helped by prayer. It is not a very expensive book and Jagadish recommends the book in his healing work.
Experiences in Bhakti is now in paperback. It is essentially the same book except I expanded the introduction somewhat to discuss the idea of bhakti as a form of knowledge.
Lord Gauranga is almost out. It has been updated and checked. Corrections and footnotes have been added. An introduction to the book and an appendix with the first quarter of the biography of Murarigupta has been added. In later editions I hope to put the whole text there and eventually issue it separately.
